Your role: versatile and essential

As Inside Sales Support, you are the central point of our organisation.
You’ll be the first contact for clients and partners – from investors and developers to tenants and buyers. You know how to ask the right questions, think ahead, and keep everything on track.

What you’ll do:

• Manage agendas, handle invoicing, and create sales and leasing brochures
• Prepare rental and purchase agreements
• Register and manage real estate listings in our CRM system
• Make sure everything runs smoothly – for both colleagues and clients

What we expect from you:

• Education: MBO 4 or HBO level
• Availability: Full-time (part-time from 3 days negotiable)
• Personality: Commercial mindset, accurate, organised, and client-oriented
• Experience: Administrative or secretarial experience is a plus
• Location: You live in or near Utrecht
