Brecheisen Bedrijfsmakelaars sells 48 newly built business units in Utrecht

In collaboration with Opus Vastgoed, SVE Group is developing three complexes comprising a total of 48 business units on the Oudenrijn business park in Utrecht.

The total gross floor area amounts to 6,786 m². The business units range in size from 119 m² to 168 m² GFA and each includes two private parking spaces.

All units were sold within just four weeks—without being listed on any property platforms. Buyers include both investors and end users. The total transaction value reached €11.86 million. Construction, carried out by contractor Goed-Bouw, has already started, with delivery expected from mid-2023.

Brecheisen Bedrijfsmakelaars handled the sale on behalf of SVE Group and Opus Vastgoed and will also manage the leasing on behalf of the investors.”
